Yes! We encourage individuals to register as the golf tournament is a great opportunity to meet new people and everyone is welcome. If you register as an individual, we will assign you a team.

The first person who signs up for a team will be given a team number. The other three team members must submit the team number they want to join when they register. Each person can then pay separately when they register. To make it easy, we've added a form field to request a team member to golf with.

The Texas Scramble format means members of all skill levels will enjoy the course – rookies and pros alike. Teams can take advantage of their best drivers to keep the pace of the course.

After everyone has teed off, the team decides which drive is the best. From there, all members of the team place their golf balls where the chosen drive ended up, with all members playing a second shot from this spot.

From these second shots, one is chosen, and all play a third shot from there - and so on until the ball is holed. Each team returns one score for each hole and the team with the lowest score for the round wins.

We encourage teams to dress up but please remember you must follow traditional golf attire. This includes slacks, tailored shorts, skorts and golf branded shirts.

No denim blue jeans. No board or athletic shorts. No sweatpants. No tank tops.

There will be prizes for best team costumes and cart decorations, so get creative and have some fun with it!

Once you've registered at 11 a.m., you'll head to the patio for a BBQ lunch. After the golf game has wrapped up, a buffet dinner will be served in the lower level of the clubhouse. Please note that tables do not have assigned seating and attendees are welcome to sit wherever they like.

A normal pace of play for a game of 18 holes is four hours. The pace of play for the CREB® golf tournament is around five hours. This accounts for all the fun activities, and giveaways we have planned at each hole.

Dinner starts at 5:30 p.m. so we would like all teams back in the clubhouse and ready for dinner before that time.

Other than yourself and your clubs (rentals are available at the clubhouse) bring sunscreen, bug spray, a hat, business cards and cash for mulligans. Remember to always consider the weather that day – you may need an umbrella, layers, or a raincoat. We are hoping for sun!

Re-useable water bottles are being provided by Pacific Heating and Cooling, and refill stations will be available throughout the course.

Thanks to our sponsors, there will be alcoholic beverages provided throughout the golf course. Alcoholic beverages will also be available for purchase.

Yes! There are plenty of networking opportunities available. You will get to see lots of friendly faces when you arrive during lunch, on the course, and during dinner. Please note that the buffet dinner does not have assigned seating so you can sit and network with anyone you want.

A friendly face from Pacific Heating and Cooling will be providing re-useable water bottles at registration. Refill stations will also be available at the Pacific Cooling Station on the course. 

No, this is an adult’s-only event as stated on the registration form and invitation.

Because this event sells out every year, and must ensure full foursomes to provide the best golf experience.

Tickets are non-refundable however, they are transferrable to a guest of your choice. If you are unable to make it, please contact events@creb.ca as soon as possible and we will do our best to fill your spot with a guest on the waitlist, but cannot guarantee it.
