It's spring.
Well maybe it doesn't feel like spring yet in Calgary, but at least we can prepare for when it does actually arrive. As soon as the weather turns for the better you will want to be outside. I'm going to give you a few tips that will allow you to take advantage of the next few weeks of cool weather with a complete closet overhaul.

Calgary, April 1, 2014 – Residential sales activity improved across all sectors in March. However, declining new listings in the single family sector combined with further gains in sales activity decreased single family inventory to the lowest March level since 2006.

The City of Calgary conducts a census every year, this year to gather information such as total number of residents, home owners, pre-school children and type of school system support said a release from the City of Calgary.

When it comes to purchasing the house of their dreams, those living in Calgary are willing to go just a little further to ensure they get what they want.

According to a report released by BMO, 38 per cent of Calgarians were willing to outbid the competition to get the home they wanted. The number marks an increase of six points, or 21 per cent, from a year ago. Calgary ranked third of the cities included in the report, with those living in Toronto and Vancouver the most likely to make multiple offers at 44 per cent and 41 per cent respectively.

The last of the new homeowners have moved into CALLA, a new 168-unit condominium development located at 14th Avenue SW and 6th Street built by Qualex-Landmark.
